At PSICHORA, we are delighted to offer shipping across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, he United Kingdom, and the European Union. Our Shipping Policy below outlines the details of our delivery services.

Despite of outlined 3 business days an order process we do our best sending it faster.

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment is confirmed. You will receive an email once your payment is processed, and another notification when your order has been shipped. During peak seasons such as Christmas, Easter, and Valentine’s Day, please allow extra time for potential delays due to high postal volumes or carrier congestion.

PSICHORA ships exclusively with Australia Post Express for both domestic and international orders.

PSICHORA ships worldwide from Melbourne, Australia, using Australia Post Express for all domestic & international deliveries.
Please note that international customers may be required to pay customs duties, VAT, or import taxes when their parcel arrives in their country. These charges are set by local authorities and vary depending on destination and order value.
PSICHORA does not collect or charge foreign taxes at checkout.


For customers in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and other international destinations, any applicable import fees will be collected by Australia Post or your local customs office upon delivery.
We recommend checking your country’s import guidelines if you wish to understand potential charges before placing an order.
All international shipments include full documentation to ensure smooth customs processing.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within nominated days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at our Contact page with your full name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes – We do not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical street address is required for all PSICHORA deliveries.

Signature on delivery
PSICHORA specialises in secure, door‑to‑door delivery. Australia Post Express requires a signature upon receipt to ensure your parcel reaches the correct hands.
If the receiver is not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will either:

  • deliver the parcel to a nearby AU Post collection point, or
  • arrange a re‑delivery attempt
    A notification card or SMS will be provided with instructions
